The Team
|
From Management to Reception... the Europe Online Team is truly European, coming from fourteen
different countries and speaks 20 languages among them.
 The Content, Design and Interactive Development teams work together with the Marketing team at the
RTL-Broadcast Center Europe in Luxembourg to create the "Europe Online Experience". Here, too, multi-lingual
specialists are at hand at the Customer support centre from Monday to Friday 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Meanwhile, our trained engineers monitor the customer service, network operations, and services 24 hours a day/7
days a week.
